"The Place for Physical Therapy"
I cannot say enough good things about Peak Performance Sports & Spine. I have had several back surgeries and went to several Physical Therapists but none like this one. I was seen by Doug Sarver, but everyone at the clinic is excellent. They are all professional but fun and even when you can't smile, you do.
"Off of the crutches and back on the road!"
I would consider myself a VERY active person, and in my many years of hiking, swimming, skiing, and running... I have injured myself countless times. From Achilles tendonitis to a torn rotator cuff, I've done it all ... with that said, I have also been a patient of nearly every Physical Therapy office in town. Four months ago I tore my ACL, and a close friend recommended that I go to Peak Performance Sports & Spine. In no way did I feel committed to any of the other offices I had been to ... so I though, "why not." My first visit was very different from any other PT appointment I had been to ... and I mean that in the very best way! Greg Huefner was incredibly knowledgeable, and spent a lot of one on one time educating me about my injury and the treatment I would be going through to get me back to where I was (training for a marathon).
I never once felt like I was being run through the mill like most, "get em' in, get em' out" practices. I never felt over looked, or that I was ," just another patient." Greg's aide, Clint, made my visits fun... I never dreaded going. They both got to know me on a personal level ... and always asked how my husband's business is going, and how my daughter is doing in college. The entire staff made every hour there a pleasant experience. I felt so accomplished when I left, they knew just how far to push me. This injury has had the fastest, easiest recovery out of them all. I will give Peak Performance all the thanks for that! I am back on the road preparing for my next marathon and I feel strong and confident. Heaven forbid I injure myself again ... but if I do, I will be returning to Peak Performance, and I will advise any family, friend, or stranger to make an appointment there for any PT needs.
